A homeowner in Heron Crescent, Barwon Heads, was seeking a smart and convenient home EV charging solution. With plans to eventually add solar to their property, they needed a system that was future-ready, aesthetically discreet, and capable of seamless integration with renewable energy. Winki Energy was engaged to design and install an EV charging setup that met both current and long-term energy goals.

The system we designed & installed
To meet the homeowner’s needs, Winki Energy installed:
1 × MyEnergi Zappi EV Charger
• Single Phase, 7kW Output, Type 2 Port.
• Fully compatible with both grid and solar power.
• Smart energy monitoring and control via the Zappi mobile app.
The installation was carried out with a strong focus on visual simplicity, using professional cabling techniques to minimise the system’s visual footprint and blend seamlessly with the home’s exterior.
